一、操作步骤
Step 1. 连接电脑 - Connect Your Computer
将笔记本电脑通过 Type-C 数据线连接到控制台上的 Dock。
Connect your laptop to the Dock on the control console using the Type-C data cable
▲ 数据线贴有黄色「视频会议」标签，方便辨认
The cable has a yellow “Video Conference” label for easy identification.
Step 2. 选择音频设备 - Select the Audio Devices
进入 Teams 会议，打开音频设备设置。
Join the Teams meeting and open the audio device settings.
Speaker（扬声器）选择：Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Logi Group Speakerphone)。
Microphone（麦克风）选择：Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Logi Group Speakerphone)。
步骤 3. 摆放扩展麦克风 - Position the Extension Microphones
从显示器下方的设备收纳盒中取出两个扩展麦克风，分别放置在距离最近的两张桌子上。
确保扩展麦克风摆放合理，以覆盖整个房间的收音范围。
Take the two extension microphones out of the equipment storage box below the display.
Place them on the two nearest tables, one microphone on each table.
Position the microphones so that audio can be captured throughout the room.
二、注意事项 - Important Notes
电脑上确认扬声器与麦克风均选择 Logi Group Speakerphone。
Confirm that both the speaker and microphone on your computer are set to Logi Group Speakerphone.
确认电脑话筒处于打开状态（Teams 中麦克风图标未静音）。
Confirm that your computer microphone is turned on and that the microphone icon in Teams is not muted.
按下扩展麦克风上的按钮，可在“收音”和“静音”状态之间切换。
Press the button on the extension microphone to switch between active and muted modes.
- 蓝灯Blue：正在收音；Active
- 红灯Red：已静音；Muted
使用完毕：请将扩展麦克风放回收纳盒，并断开电脑连接。
After use: Return the extension microphones to the storage box and disconnect your computer.
